So what is Rat Touring?

Rat Touring is a twist on the Pro-Touring movement based solely on a ulitilitarian approach. Basically where the not so nice vintage muscle cars get lots of the usual high end shiny new billet suspension and brake parts bolted to their rusty and imperfect innards.  Chevy Big Block or big inch power is a must.
